The vegetable patch:
Typical for us, we had a number of projects whilst we were there. In the garden we built a tree house for the kids, but with a large enough platform to enjoy a G & T up there!
It was reached via some steps that took you up over the boundary hedge:
and then over a walkway – this during construction:
and this once we had added some Norfolk-reed panels

Looking the opposite way showing the platform, and the “house” which had two storeys inside, and was a nightmare to get into, as an adult!
This part required some input from a structural engineer!
